We ate very well here today. The service was very nice and attentive. We can only recommend the restaurant. When we are back in Greetsiel we will eat here again.

We ate there with four people. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was friendly and courteous, and the food was very good. So everything is great. We'd love to come back.

We reserved everything by phone. The staff was very friendly, the food was very tasty but after about 90 minutes we wanted to order drinks and desserts because we were told that we had to pay because our table would be reserved for the next guests we have not been informed of a time limit for the stay. I think it's a shame and not correct because we wanted to spend a nice evening here. Therefore 2 star deduction. Please indicate these circumstances when making a reservation so that further guests are not disappointed.

Very, very nice family !! Super delicious food !! I have been a fan of the "Ostfriesen-Bruschetta" (even if a surcharge of 3 € was charged for the prawns. You will be pointed out on the menu beforehand ... that means you don't have to eat it ... they didn't have me with it) forced! I was on vacation and I didn't care :-D !!! And otherwise all dishes are very tasty ..... !!!

Very tasty food. Cozy and pleasant, like the "regular Italian". The choice of dishes is superb, the quality is excellent. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We would love to come back.

During our first stay in Greetsiel in June 2020, we were spontaneously at “La Dolce Vita” in the pouring rain. On our second stay we stopped for some food here right after we arrived. The "La Dolce Vita" is located on the edge of the Greetsieler harbor and is modern and comfortably furnished. The menu offers a successful mix of “classic” Italian cuisine and what is on offer from the north. My wife and I decided again for the combination of Italy and the North Sea and - as on our last visit - we were not disappointed. The food is freshly and lovingly prepared and the owner couple ensures that you feel comfortable and welcome. I don't need to mention that the food is just delicious ... otherwise we would definitely not have come back.

We have been to La dolce Vita several times over the past few years, we have always enjoyed the food and the service has been excellent and familiar over the past few years. When we ate there last week and yesterday (pizza and swordfish, was very tasty) we noticed that apparently the staff was changed. Both times we were served by different ladies, one totally chaotic, the other unfriendly, both of whom didn't enjoy their work. We missed the young waiter from the past few years, always in a good mood and totally personable and a lot of fun in his job, assume it was the son of the house. All in all, it is a shame that the climate and the family atmosphere are gone.

The description "Pizzeria" is stacked very low. For me it was an upscale original Italian restaurant.

In times of Corona, eating out spontaneously is difficult. After the menu laid out on the dike, we decided on this location yesterday, wisely with a choice of food: it should be a Pizza Greetsiel (pizza with North Sea shrimps, shrimps and scampi) for EUR 14.90. When we were on the spot today, we found the note on the menu that all dishes with North Sea shrimp have an extra charge of EUR 3.00 due to the current prices. At our request, this also applies to the pizza we chose, this was also confirmed by the waitress. EUR 17.90 for a pizza ?! It stops there. We would have left the restaurant in non-Corona times ... My husband called at the counter and said that we didn't think that's okay, that we were lured into the pizzeria under the wrong circumstances and that we would also announce this on the Internet. The lady at the counter simply replied, "Who cares about the Internet?" The price of crabs has been high for years. One would think that this fact is nothing new and that it is processed accordingly in the price. Calling up a spontaneous surcharge is not correct in my opinion. The fact that this surcharge was not shown on the displayed card suggests that the guests should be attracted first. Other restaurants in Greetsiel also offer crabs, but not at an additional cost ....

Unfortunately, very disappointing! The female waitress only wore the face mask on her chin and took a lot of getting used to. You feel more like being in a mass-processing facility than with a cozy Italian. After two hours the table had to be cleared for the next guests. We found the note in the menu very steep that a surcharge of 3 euros per dish was to be charged on all dishes with North Sea shrimp because the shrimp fishermen supposedly could not work enough. 3 euros per person per dish! Unfortunately, the garlic was also forgotten with the main course and when asked the only answer was: "Wasn't it there?" No apology or anything like that. The taste of the food was good, but unfortunately the trappings were no longer the real thing.

The female waitress wore her face mask all evening as a "chin guard". She didn't even wear them properly during our entire stay. :-(. If you order one of the few crab dishes, you have to pay a surcharge of 3 euros per dish in addition to the price shown in the menu, because the fishermen allegedly catch too few crabs due to Corona. This thesis is very daring if you have observed the crab fishermen unloading their catch during the day. The garlic we ordered didn't come either; In return, a starter came twice - once as a starter and once as a "side dish to the main course". In response to our objection that we had already eaten the starter, they said we had ordered it ... well ... after some back and forth the "second" starter was withdrawn. After all that, we can no longer recommend the restaurant in the future, even though we have been there several times in the past. But the standard of the restaurant has decreased significantly and is no longer recommended.

For the price, the food was unfortunately disappointing. You can tell that the restaurant is not dependent on regular customers. In detail: swordfish was good; Pizza Capri totally salty (it took a Coke to catapult yourself back into the present); Tortellini ok, but not enough sauce; Salad good; Salmon with spinach unfortunately a loveless total failure. Service nevertheless nice. All in all, a shame.

Nice little Italian restaurant. Very tasty pizza. Fast and friendly service. Prices are slightly increased, but ok

The pizza was okay. It should have been spicier, but that is a matter of taste. There is relatively little mozzarella on the mozzarella pizza, but this is also common in an Italian pizzeria. The waitress misunderstood our order at first (which is probably due to the naming of the pizzas - Napoli and Napolitana are easy to mix up). When we were served the wrong pizza, she first insisted that we had ordered exactly that, but was very quickly persuaded that it was not. We were then served the right pizza briskly and quickly.

Were there for dinner today and I have to say "just great". The waitresses were super nice and very quick. We got the food very quickly and it was really tasty. Had the No.: 87 and No.: 33, I can only recommend both.

Nice service. Great food. All clean. Again and again.
